Power Porridge!

What you need:
  • A Pot to boil your Porridge
  • A Chopping Board
  • A Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tablespoons of Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chiaseeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • A Pinch of Seasalt
  • Fruits of your Choice (Berries, Banana, Apple etc..)
  • A Handful of Walnuts and Almonds
  • a Pinch of Cinnamon

How it's done:
  • Add the oats, chia-, flaxseeds, and seasalt in a small pot and add the almondmilk and water.
  • Let it boil then add it to your bowl to let it cool
  • In the meantime prepare your fruits by washing and chopping them
  • Add the fruits ontop of your porridge and add the nuts and cinnamon

  • Keeps you full!
  • Lots of Fiber!
  • Healthy fats!
