What you need:
- A Pot to boil your Porridge
- A Chopping Board
- A Bowl
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons of Oats
- 1 Tablespoon of Chiaseeds
- 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseeds
- 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 Cup of Water
- A Pinch of Seasalt
- Fruits of your Choice (Berries, Banana, Apple etc..)
- A Handful of Walnuts and Almonds
- a Pinch of Cinnamon
How it's done:
- Add the oats, chia-, flaxseeds, and seasalt in a small pot and add the almondmilk and water.
- Let it boil then add it to your bowl to let it cool
- In the meantime prepare your fruits by washing and chopping them
- Add the fruits ontop of your porridge and add the nuts and cinnamon
